5 reasons why people pick Outward Bound as their summer camp of choice:
1) Real adventures
From the kids who scroll through their phones daydreaming about mountains, rivers and moonlit campfires to curious teens who grew up climbing trees and exploring their neighbourhoods, our typical participant has one thing in common - they're all hungry for adventure.
Our summer adventures are for those young people who want to spend more time watching sunsets than Netflix, and they will. From rowing across lakes and camping in the wild, to lighting fires and building shelters, wilderness challenge is at the heart of everything we do.
2) International friends
Last year over 30% of our participants travelled from overseas, bringing culture, variety and an international twist to every one of our adventures.
