Location: Eskdale, Lake District
Salary: £25,790 - £34,541 plus benefits (starting salary depending on experience.)
Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week.
Shift Patterns: Monday to Friday. We offer flexible start and finish times.
Training: Full on-the-job training will be provided.
Holidays: 24 days a year (rising by a day a year to a maximum of 30 days) plus bank holidays.

At Outward Bound you will play an instrumental part in our Centre Leadership Team to deliver an impactful experience for young people at our beautiful Eskdale site in West Cumbria.
Ideally you will be an experienced administrator with a problem solving approach, digitally confident, with experience of HR and financial administration. Most importantly you will share our values and vision to inspire young people to realise their potential through learning and adventure!

Outward Bound is a charity. Thousands of young people come to our centres every year for a few days of outdoor learning and adventure.
Your main focus will be to ensure the smooth administration of the Eskdale Centre supporting the Centre Leadership Team. This includes HR, financial and budgetary administration as well as management of a small team.
Every day will be different, but whatever you get involved in, you will working in a dynamic team where you can be you!
