Location: Outward Bound Eskdale.
Contract: 40 hours per week, permanent position. (Part time considered).
Salary: £24,960 per annum. Real Living Wage Employer. Plus great benefits package.

who we're looking for
We're looking for someone who enjoys plenty of variety in their working day and is happy to work across various hospitality departments in line with the business needs.
Prior experience is not essential as full training and support will be given. You will need to enjoy working as part of a team, have good personal presentation, be professional and friendly, with a ‘can do’ attitude. You will be warmly welcomed into the friendly team.

Your job will range from supporting the kitchen team prepare great food which is made fresh every day, helping in the dining room/bar and supporting the housekeeping team maintain high standards.
Unlike most jobs in hospitality there is no weekend working. There are no split shifts either! 07.00 – 15.30, or 14.30 – 23.00, with a 17.30 finish on a Friday. Straight shifts Monday – Friday.
Responsibilities
We're known for high standards at our centres. This role is perfect for anyone who likes variety in their week. Working as part of our friendly team you will support hospitality services as follows:
- Housekeeping duties, including assisting with deep cleaning schedules.
- Kitchen - helping chef with food preparation and food service in the dining room. Plus bar duties.
