Our programmes inspire and motivate people and take place in the natural environment, away from distractions or modern amenities.

Our programmes are:

  • Customised: designed to deliver your business aims and outcomes
  • Impactful: learning is active and change is embedded quickly and transferred easily
  • Measurable: apprentices are better able to operate safely, efficiently and confidently post-programme
  • Residential: held at our own dedicated training venues
  • Safe: we are one of the UK's leading providers of outdoor experiential learning

Participants learn a deep appreciation of the balance between risk, reward and responsibility and leave our programmes with transferable, essential life skills, which may include: resilience, communication and self-management. The skills that they develop on an Outward Bound programme are those that will play a pivotal role in how successfully they navigate the challenges of education and employment and will help them to flourish and thrive in many different ways throughout their lives.
