Your booking is not complete or confirmed until you receive written confirmation from The Outward Bound Trust team.
In the event that the course you have selected is full, we will contact you within 48hrs (Mon-Fri - excluding public holidays) of receiving your application form to suggest an alternative option or give you a full refund
We endeavour to ensure all full courses are removed from the system as soon as possible in order to avoid this happening.
