I was 18 years old not very confident teenager .I sent myself on the course so I must have had something about me.
The course completely changed my life.I realised that In order to live a full life I had to join in ,stand up and be confident in myself. I found that there was a lot more to me than I ever realised. A fantastic experiance ,I would recommend it to any young person.
