My outward bound experience has been once in a life time. It has changed me completely. My favourite memory was canoeing down the lake, we saw the sun rise finish and stopped to watch a very rare otter play on the surface!! My instructor, Chris, helped me face my fears and widen my comfort zone. Thank you.
