This summer, over 1,200 young people will step into the wild and into something much bigger than themselves.

They’ll hike, climb, paddle and camp their way through some of the UK’s most awe-inspiring landscapes. 

They’ll make friends, face fears, and grow in ways they never expected. And in doing so, they’ll become part of something bigger: the Outward Bound ripple effect.

You have the option to download a brick, onto which you can write a message, or share a memory with this year’s participants. Your brick will be displayed with others to create a ‘Wall of Inspiration’ and be displayed in the common room at our Ullswater Centre in the Lake District.
