Young people shaping our future.

Our youth advisors have experienced Outward Bound first-hand. They know what it means to step outside your comfort zone and the confidence that can bring.

Now, they’re helping shape what we do. By sharing their insight and ideas, they make sure the youth voice is central to our work - keeping us relevant, responsive and focused on what matters most.
