We’re putting together a Youth Advisory Panel - a group of brilliant young voices who’ll help shape the future of outdoor education.
You don’t need to be an Outward Bound expert. You don't need a perfect CV. You just need to care, be curious, and be up for speaking your mind. The panel will meet once a month (a mix of online and in-person) throughout 2026.
It’s your chance to influence real decisions and make sure young people’s perspectives are front and centre in what we do.
