Locations: Loch Eil, Scottish Highlands
Salary: £33,623 - £38,947 (dependent on qualifications and experience)
Contract: Full time, permanent, 40 hours p/w

The job...

Our Learning & Adventure Managers are part of a team that lead the development of adventure, learning and the environment at Outward Bound. You’ll work mostly in the field, helping our instructors to be the best that they can be so that they can deliver courses with maximum impact to young people.

You'll need a track record in delivering adventure, learning and environmental work to young people. We're looking for someone with a genuine desire and ability to work outdoors, developing new adventure opportunities whilst sharing best practice and coaching instructors.
