School Travel Awards - Voting Now Open!

Voting for this year's School Travel Awards is now open and it's down to you, the schools, to decide who wins. So, whether your new to Outward Bound or you're a longstanding partner who can recall years of amazing experiences, we need your help!

Vote for us

All we're asking is for you to CLICK HERE TO VOTE and nominate us for Best Adventure Experience or Best Residential Experience, or both!

The short form only takes a couple of minutes to complete but those few minutes could mean big things for The Trust, raising our profile and helping us to reach even more young people.

Voting closes on 7th July 2017

Want to win £1,500 or £1,000 towards your next Outward Bound residential!

School Travel Awards have 2 additional awards:

My Best School Trip Award involves both teachers and their class of students to write a review of their residential, simply explaining what they did, what they learnt and enjoyed. The teacher picks the best 3 and submits them to be reviewed by a panel of Learning Outside the Classroom (LOtC) judges. The winning school/class will be awarded £1,500 to put towards their next residential and invited to attend the awards event in London.

Last day for entries 23rd June 2017.

School Trip Champion Award is for anyone involved in organising school trips and learning outside the classroom experiences – from head teachers to educational visit coordinators. Anyone can nominate someone for this award, from teachers, governors, parents and pupils. The winner will be awarded £1,000 for the school to spend on their next residential and asked to attend the awards event.

Last day for entries 23rd June 2017.

Best of luck and thanks from everyone at The Outward Bound Trust!
