Stage Coach


The Trust are currently working with Stagecoach on three separate development programmes, Apprentice, Engineering Development and Engineering Managers. 

Objectives for the three development programmes include:

  • Preparing future line managers for the responsibility of team management
  • Develop team, leadership and influencing skills among their apprentice cohort
  • Development of a strong and supportive peer network.


  • 100% of first line managers developed strategies for understanding and motivating others, and had the confidence to apply these strategies.
