First year international graduate induction programme.

Objectives:

  • Bring to life SABIC values and set performance expectations
  • Provide an opportunity to network and socialise with fellow graduates and managers.

Solution:

  • 5-day development programme including 2-day creative project to review individual and group behaviours against SABIC values
  • White water gorge scramble challenge requiring effective relationship building and group support to achieve a successful outcome.

Results:

  • 100% of delegates were able to recognise what successful behaviour looks and feel like, aligned to SABIC values
  • 100% of delegates were able to identify and practise skills for giving and receiving constructive feedback.
