sumaiyah sumar - Aberdovey, Wales, 2013

IMAG0863
I loved the support from my colleuges and our instructor Sam he was great at making us comfortable with the location and making us feel safe around the centre and everywhere we went even in the caves in Dorgoch. I enjoyed my time in Aberdovey and would love to come back I miss the fun moments and the challenges we faced as they put us in a challenging position I felt out of my comfort zone however felt safe too I wish I can come back to another outward bound centre as the instructors and the hosts have really made me realise what I san conquer in life. The challenging activity I felt was when we had to lead ourselves out of the cave in Dorgoch in complete and utter darkness I felt uncomfortable but I knew I had support and trust from my crew. I miss Aberdovey and eating wild food on walks up the mountain I hope to come back to outward bound in the near future. I want to say a huge thanks to the HSBC bank who made this possible and a HUGE thanks to Sam you were a great loyal and fun instructor. Bye.
