Salary: Based on experience and is super competitive and includes incentives.

The Outward Bound Trust is an educational charity providing adventure-based, outdoor learning for young people from six centres across the UK.

We equip our young people with the attributes to thrive, however challenging the circumstances. We teach young people to put their future in good hands – their own. We provide the key to enable them to unlock their own potential and make their contribution to creating a better world.

Award Winning Fundraising Team

The Trust's Fundraising Team are both innovative and hardworking. The Trust believes in unlocking the potential in its people and expects all staff at all levels to play an active part in strategy and its delivery.

The overall income of The Trust is approximately £15m, of which Fundraising is expected to raise around 50% of this amount towards bursaries for young people and for capital buildings. We do this through our mix of high value individuals, trusts and foundations, and corporate giving.

Our Board of Trustees is chaired by HRH The Duke of York. Our Patron is HRH The Duke of Edinburgh. Both are heavily involved in the Charity’s work.
