Salary: £20,463 - £33,298 per annum (43 hours per week)

The Outward Bound Trust is an educational charity providing adventure-based, outdoor learning for young people from six centres across the UK.
Our Eskdale Centre is a one hundred bedded outdoor education centre, dedicated to working with young people within employment, being apprentices and graduates.
We work with some of the UK’s most high profile organisations, supporting their young talent to develop the right behaviours to aid their transition into the work environment; progress their careers and add value back into the organisation.
The Trust is unique in the UK in terms of the impactful programmes that we offer, the inspiring and challenging environments we operate in, and the skill and expertise of our staff.
Group Trainers are exemplars in programme design and delivery. They will have the ability to meet personal development and organisational outcomes through the delivery of adventurous programmes in the wild.
Group Trainers have a wide experience of delivering across apprentice and graduate programmes. They are role models in the centre; ensuring high standards are maintained in all areas of the operation. They are engaged in building partnerships with clients and ensuring training needs are met.For further information - Click here
