Adventure Resource Supervisor

Salary: £18,826 - £25,168 p.a (dependent on relevant experience)
Location: Ullswater/Howtown, Lake District
40 hours per week

The role of an Adventure Resource supervisor is to oversee the issuing, and stock management of technical resources and equipment used by students and staff on Outward Bound programmes.

An Adventure Resource Supervisor (ARS) will take the lead on using the equipment issues area to enhance the learning of young people on programmes, while ultimately providing safe resources and equipment for Outward Bound programmes.

The vision for the Facilities team which this role is an integral part of is:

For this reason, it is imperative that the post holder understand and buy into how The Outward Bound Trust uses adventures in the wild to unlock the potential in young people.

This role will be based in both Ullswater and Howtown centres and will also involve occasional travel to The Trust's UK centres. This role reports to the Head of Facilities (HOF).
