Trusts & Foundations
The Outward Bound Trust’s fundraising efforts are essential in providing bursaries for young people and in re-developing our centres. With the support from our donors, we are able to make sure all young people can benefit from one of our programmes, regardless of their circumstances.
We are seeking funding from Trusts and Foundations as part of our drive to build stability to our fundraising and to complement our other fundraising streams. Within our current financial year we aim to raise £250k from Trusts, Foundations and statutory sources that will contribute to our overall fundraising target.

We need your support to help with a number of key projects. These include:
- contributions towards our general bursary fund which enables disadvantaged young people from all areas of the UK to attend one of our programmes
- capital funding for the new learning facility at our Aberdovey centre
- and funding for our Ullswater centre re-development project.
We also have need for the funding of smaller capital items such as, canoes, kayaks, trailers and tents.
