- Almost a quarter of our instructors have worked at The Trust for five years or more
- In total, The Trust has 140 instructors across our six centres
- The average Outward Bound instructor is 32 years old
- Over half of our instructors hold advanced outdoor or technical qualifications such as a Mountain Instructor Certificate
- 57% of our instructors possess academic qualifications for delivering learning such as  a PGCE
- On average, our instructors have worked with us for four and a half years
