Serious Adventure - Bike (14-18)
Whether you're already a mountain biking addict or looking to take on a new adventure on two wheels, this experience will suit you down to the ground.
You'll start off learning the basics and getting to grips with a range of mountain biking skills and techniques, before putting them into practice in the centre grounds and later moving onto the bike trails. Armed with your new skills, you’ll head off into the mountains for a one or two night expedition, taking in the breathtaking scenery as you power up rocky ascents and blast down into the remote valleys of the Welsh hills. You’ll face new challenges, get to know new people, discover some spectacular new places and return with enviable riding skills. Be prepared for a truly epic adventure!

All prices shown are per person, inclusive of VAT (where appropriate) at the current rate, and include food, accommodation, bed linen, waterproofs, equipment, tuition and·insurance worth £35 per week. Dates include arrival and departure days. Bursaries are available for individuals, for further information please see financial assistance. A non-refundable deposit of *£100 per person will be required when booking. In the unlikely event that your chosen course is already full our customer services team will contact you to discuss alternative dates and venues.
*Please note there is now a 2.5% charge for all online bookings. This is due to fees that The Outward Bound Trust is charged for credit card payment processing. As a charitable trust, we are unfortunately unable to continue to absorb this cost.
All online bookings must be confirmed on our central reservation system. In the event that the course you are booking is full, we will contact you within 48hrs (Mon-Fri) of receiving your booking to suggest an alternative option or give you a full refund. We endeavour to ensure all full courses are removed from the booking system as soon as possible in order to avoid this happening.
