A business-focused outdoor practitioner who has experience of working at senior level within the public and private sector, Martin is a skilled adventure racer who specialises in managing change and customer service skills development.

A former qualified Chartered Secretary, Bob specialises in team building and development and enjoys taking part in overseas mountaineering expeditions, diving, sailing and skiing.
