Before beginning his career as an outdoor instructor and joining The Trust in 1997, Sean worked in retail management and the construction industry.  He now has over fifteen years' experience as a senior trainer and is highly skilled in delivering learning through outdoor adventure.  His approach and facilitative style and skills have fortified his track record for delivering successful development programmes.
