JamesAs an experienced mountaineer who has summited all seven of the highest mountains on each continent, James’ passion and interests lie in enabling clients to experience genuine adventure with a view to implementing real change and development in the workplace.   He has worked in the learning and development sector for over fourteen years, ten of which he has spent with The Trust.  James specialises in apprentice development and developing non-technical key skills.  Having worked with The Trust’s entire portfolio of apprentice clients, he has developed a versatile and flexible approach and has an acute understanding of the need to tailor the programme to the objectives and abilities of the group.
