Dave has experienced both graduate and apprentice training first hand, giving him a unique insight into delivering these development programmes. He joined The Outward Bound Trust in 2000, specialising in graduate development. Dave has over 12 years’ experience of experiential learning in the outdoors, he also has experience in the corporate sector having managed teams at both BP and Yorkshire Water. Dave is particularly interested in the benefits of coaching and mentoring to help improve business performance.
