amyAmy is a dynamic and experienced senior trainer, having worked in learning and development for over 12 years.   Amy has built up a broad knowledge base of the outdoor industry, working environments and learning styles, and combines this expertise with her passion for developing others in order to deliver successful programmes and offer opportunities to highlight both company and individual learning needs.  She works with a wide variety of clients at The Trust, but specialises in apprentice development to which she brings a pragmatic, mature and open approach.
