Following a 16 year career in the IT industry as a consultant and project manager for private sector companies such as KPMG and PWC, Andy made a career change to Experiential Learning and Development and moved to the Lake District. Andy has spent the past seven years utilising his knowledge of industry by delivering transferable learning through challenging outdoor based programmes to a diverse range of international companies. Andy effectively combines his extensive experience and qualifications to help people make stepped change. He quickly builds rapport through his supportive and consultative approach, enabling people to get the most from their experience and themselves.
