Dave Shields
Prior to joining The Trust in 2008, Dave enjoyed an extensive career with the RAF, which has enabled him to specialise in working with apprentices from technical trade backgrounds. Dave’s passion for the outdoors, developed whilst travelling abroad, coupled with his military supervisory experience enable him to deliver powerful experiential programmes, which both challenge and support delegates.
