Laura is a coaching specialist who has worked with The Trust for over seven years.  Her early experiences of coaching paddlesports fuelled her enthusiasm for coaching as an effective business development tool, and have allowed her to build an impressive learning and development skill set.  Laura is heavily involved in developing a number of The Trust’s instructors, from which she has cemented her experience of working with delegates at a range of organisational levels and gained invaluable capabilities in team and leadership development.
