Having had an extensive career in marketing prior to joining The Trust, Dave is able to approach course delivery with both a business and delegate perspective in mind. As such, he is able to combine his business experience with his passion for the outdoors to engage and focus delegates on achieving their organisation’s objectives. His four years’ experience of apprentice learning and development at The Trust have equipped him with a sophisticated understanding of market needs and the capacity to relate to and work well with delegates from a wide range of backgrounds.
