Our phases of development

Induction – supporting new graduates to successfully integrate into the workplace. At this stage we concentrate on building core capabilities and interpersonal skills whilst giving your new cohort a positive sense of corporate values, purpose and direction.

Transition – developing graduates as they move into their next phase by equipping them with decision-making and leadership capabilities. We assist with the transition from team member to team leader.

Progression – giving graduates the support they need to develop the capabilities for the next step in their career and enabling them to take ownership and responsibility for their own progression. This phase will reinforce the networking, influencing and leadership abilities that they have already acquired and cement your graduates’ commitment to your organisation.
