Because the needs, talents and capabilities of apprentices vary with every organisation, our apprentice development programmes offer you the flexibility to address your specific business issues and focus on your objectives. Using a bespoke approach, we can shift your apprentices from a standing start to becoming high performing team members whilst equipping them with the capabilities that make a valuable difference to your organisation.

With the recent changes to the Apprentice Standards specification and the introduction of the Personal Learning and Thinking Skills framework, understanding the criteria your apprentices need to meet can be challenging. Click here to read the full report of the changes.
However, at The Trust we can work with your individual sector skills council and your academic partners to allow your apprentices to meet the required standards to successfully complete their apprenticeship.

Key business benefits
- Apprentices who are engaged with and committed to your organisation and its objectives and values
- Task-oriented apprentices who understand actions and consequences and can perform effectively as a result
- Communicative, self-aware apprentices who can work flexibly and integrate into new teams.
Our phases of development
Induction – designed to facilitate your apprentices’ transition into the workplace and enable them to integrate effectively. During this phase we build core capabilities and highlight the importance of your corporate values, processes and standards.
Transition – developing your apprentices’ communication, team and relationship building skills. They’ll learn to work flexibly and adapt their approach in order to deliver the results you expect of them.
Progression – equipping your apprentices with more advanced and strategic capabilities as they near the end of their apprenticeship. We’ll support their development by building their leadership and influencing skills, and their ability to set goals and project manage.
