Britannia and Outward Bound^® Professional have joined forces to offer a number of comprehensive water-based programmes. Sailing is an excellent vehicle for the development of leadership and team skills, encompassing all aspects of group dynamics - planning, motivation, delegation, leadership and communication.

We can provide a comprehensive two-day solution or an introductory one-day itinerary. We’ll work with you to understand your needs and develop a bespoke training solution. Your event will take place on high-spec yachts, with commercially endorsed yacht masters and Outward Bound^® trainers guiding you safely through the experience.
